About DeafDots

DeafDots is a project operated and managed by H3 World TV based in Toronto, a Canadian charitable media organization. DeafDots functions as an extension of H3 World TV’s mandate to deliver accessible, public-interest information and journalism to Deaf and Sign Language users in Canada.
